Goals for Program: To provide Analysis for Market, Rehab and Property to Out-of-State Investors as well as other local Real Estate Investors interested in the service

Problems & their Solutions:
Problem 1 – Due to the distance from the Market, Out-of-State Investors have a hard time analyzing our local Market to decide if and where a profitable market could be.
Solution 1 – Provide a service that will enable the Remote REI to be able to understand the ability of our local Markets to deliver ultimate property profitability.

Problem 2 – The distance involved limits the ability of the Remote Investor to Analyze, estimate and execute rehab to our local investment properties, and thus make profitable offers within our markets.
Solution 2a – Provide Remote REI with Rehab Analysis as well as deliver the contractors & suppliers to execute the Rehab.
Solution 2b – Provide the Remote REI with on the spot Property Analysis as well as research needed to make offers confidently.
Solution 2c – Provide the Remote REI with the additional option to provide services to handle closings as a paid service or as a partner.

The Certified Real Estate Analysis Services:
Analysis 1 – ZipGrid Market Analysis*:  Provides Analysis Data of Specific Markets, and Micro-Markets, for Holding and Flipping based on the Real Estate Investor’s Criteria for:

  • Budget
  • Rehab
  • Cash Available
  • Size of Home
  • Number of Bedrooms
  • Desired Flip Profit
  • Desired Net Cash Flow
  • Desired Equity

Analysis 2 – Rehab Analysis*:  Provides Analysis Data of Projected Rehab for a Specific Property.  Optional Levels of Analysis are:

  • Preliminary – For Bid Purposes
  • Inspection – For Negotiations
  • Final – For Execution.

Analysis 3 – Property Analysis*: Provides Analysis Data of Specific Properties for Holding and Flipping based on the Real Estate Investor’s Criteria for:

  • Budget
  • Rehab
  • Cash Available
  • Size of Home
  • Number of Bedrooms
  • Desired Flip Profit
  • Desired Net Cash Flow
  • Desired Equity
